BACHATA SOCIAL BATTLE!
ÚNICO Bachata Social Battle This is a fresh and exciting format combining the Social Competition and the Bachata Battle format! We focus on pure improvisation, authenticity, musicality, and true integration on the dance floor.
Registration is fully individual – You don't have to apply with a partner! In the first phase, you will dance in a rotation with many people, and you will be randomly selected to be paired with another person for the knockout phase.
This is a great opportunity to test your skills in a friendly atmosphere in front of an international jury and compete for valuable festival prizes from our partners!

COMPETITION PROCEDURE
1. STAGE I - SOCIAL COMPETITION
Everyone dances with everyone else – pairs rotate throughout the round. Each judge can award a dancer 0, 0.5, or 1 point.
Points are added up to determine the finalists!
2. STAGE II & III - KNOCKOUT PHASE
After Stage I, dancers are drawn into fixed pairings. The competition transitions to a knockout format (bracket).
1 vs 1 (pair vs pair) duels on the dance floor – the winning pair advances to the next round until the final!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
Do I have to come with my partner?
No! Registration for 100% is individual. In Stage I, you dance in a rotational system with multiple partners, while before the knockout stage, pairings are selected by lottery.
Is the Social Battle Pass enough to participate in the competition?
The Social Battle Pass is the entry fee for the competition. To enter the festival grounds and participate in the event, you must also have a valid Full Pass, Social Dance Pass, or Saturday Day Pass for the Único Warsaw Bachata Festival.
What level of dancing is required?
The competition is open to every bachata dancer! We don't create artificial divisions into categories – what matters is musicality, improvisation, good social skills, and the joy of dancing on the dance floor.
What happens if I miss the 3:00 PM check-in?
The organizational meeting at 3:00 PM is crucial for the smooth assignment of starting numbers and clarification of rotation details. Please be punctual to ensure a smooth start to the competition!
