Socials and dance practices;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 14.4. competitions and shows;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 14.5. audience and groups of Participants;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 14.6. individual images of persons, if there is an appropriate legal basis.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you indicate that you do not wish to be individually recorded or published, we may process your name, the content of your submission, and the information necessary to respect your preferences.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In connection with the security of the Event, we may process:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.1. information about violations of the Regulations;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.2. information about refusal of entry or removal from the Event;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.3. description of the incident;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.4. date, place and participants of the event;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.5. witness details;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.6. photographic or video documentation of the incident;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.7. information about the damage caused;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.8. information regarding the intervention of security, police, ambulance or other services;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 16.9. correspondence, reports, cost estimates, invoices and other documents related to the event.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We do not ask Participants to provide detailed health data unless this is genuinely necessary to ensure safety, provide assistance, accommodate special needs or comply with a legal obligation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you voluntarily provide us with health-related information, we request that you limit it to only what is necessary. style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The basis for processing the Participant&#039;s data may be:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4.1. performance of a contract to which the Participant is a party, or taking action at his request \u2013 Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span
